ก่อตั้งโดยกลุ่มวิศวกรผู้เชี่ยวชาญและมีประสบการณ์ทำงานในวงการธุรกิจวัสดุทนไฟมากกว่า 45 ปี สร้างเสริมประสบการณ์ด้านเทคนิค วิศวกรรมและการประยุกต์ใช้วัสดุทนไฟที่เหมาะสมกับอุตสาหกรรมต่าง ๆ ทั้งในประเทศและต่างประเทศ

มีทีมงามที่มากด้วยประสบการณ์ และผ่านการฝึกอบรมจาก Harbison Walker International (HWI) ซึ่งเป็นผู้ผลิตวัสดุทนไฟรายใหญ่ที่สุดของประเทศสหรัฐอเมริกามากว่า 150 ปี

จากประสบการณ์ทำงานของทีมผู้เชี่ยวชาญ ทีมวิศวกรที่ผ่านการรับรองตามมาตรฐาน API 936 และได้รับประกาศนียบัตรจากสถาบัน American Petroleum Institute (API)
